1.\TLACAHUEPAN titre rituel, jeune homme que l'on immolait à la fin des fêtes célébrées au mois de Toxcatl.
Il était aussi appelé Ixteocalli ou Ixteocale et Teicauhtzin
2.\TLACAHUEPAN nom divin, un dieu frère et compagnon de Huitzilopochtli.
Il portait le nom de Tlacahuepan Cuexcotzin (Sah.,Clav. ).
Il était surtout vénéré à Texcoco.
"Tlacahuepan cuexcochtzin", associé à Huitzilopochtli au cours de Panquetzaliztli. Sah2,175.
Une représentation en pâte d'amarante de ce personnage est portée au sommet du temple en même temps que la représentation également en pâte d'amarante de Huitzilopochtli. Sah2,175.
" yehhuâtl in îcal catca Huitzilopochtli ahnôzo Tlacahuepan Cuexcochtzin ", c'était la maison de Huitzilopochtli ou Tlacahuepan Cuexcochtzin. Désigne le grand temple de Tenochtitlan. Sah2,179.
" tlacahuepan ahnozo cuexcoch ", désigne un démon 'tlâcatecolôtl' dans Sah3,27.
" oncân tlâcatiya in îxiptlah diablo in îtôca tlâcahuepan cuexcochtzin ", c'est là que prenait forme humaine l'image du demon nommé tlâcahuepan cuexcochtzin.
Il s'agit du site nommé Huitznâhuac calpôlli. Sah2, 192.
